The market conditions YTD July 2019 , seem to be in a “goldielocks” status for now. In other words conditions are favorable for both buying and selling, mortage interest rates remain low; not too high, not too low, just right; whether you are the seller or the buyer.
In some areas, properties are staying on the market a bit longer which could mean that a seller may become more anxious in negotiating the sales price because they have already found a home to move to; good, if you are a buyer. Sales prices for sellers still remain on the higher side which means if you want to sell, now may be better than a year or two from now.
